Turkey slams U.S. as having 'no clear strategy' on Syria

As NATO leaders gather in Washington, tensions between two of its members, the U.S. and Turkey, are on the rise. U.S. officials object to Turkey’s decision to purchase a top-of-the-line arms detection system from Russia. The two countries were already at odds over U.S. support for Kurdish rebels in Syria. Judy Woodruff talks to Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu about the strained alliance.
