deciding if they don't feel their best, if you're going to show them or not, whatever you feel that it goes down your leash and your dog feels it.
So if you're nervous, your dog will feel you being nervous.
If you're excited, your dog should be excited.
I've been showing for nine years, If I'm just doing regular maintenance and brushing, it can take an hour per dog to do.

I'm working for a handler.
So they came down here, and I'm assisting them.
it's really the dirty work, you know, pottying dogs, cleaning up after them, getting them ready.
making sure they have no pee stains on them or anything.
You mean you have to love, but you have to have the passion.
You have to have.
the willingness to put in the work.
you're competing against dogs, but you're competing against which one is closest to the standard.
really look for the best type dog personality, all all these little things.
And if there are dogs that have grooming like setters you look for which ones groom the best you know, you take your dog home, and whether you win or lose, you tell them, good job and sit on the couch with them.
A lot of people will always say, not all dogs are show dogs.
but all show dogs are pets.
