The rejection puts almost 1,500 health care workers a step closer to the picket line

Nurses at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick appear on the cusp of a strike. The United Steel Workers Local 4-200, which represents the nurses, reached a tentative agreement Monday, but some nurses felt the latest offer didn’t go far enough on staffing, pay and benefits.
