National Labor Relations Board says company at fault in efforts to stop unionization
The National Labor Relations Board issued a complaint against Medieval Times this week, alleging the dinner-theater chain violated workers’ rights in its effort to stop them from unionizing. The complaint cites examples of withholding raises for employees who had unionized, illegally firing a union supporter, and shutting down the TikTok account of the union group Medieval Times Performers United.
