Boulder County uses an "equity map" to respond to disasters

Boulder County's Office of Sustainability, Climate Action & Resilience has deployed a new tool in response to the Marshall Fire. They call it the equity map. Boulder-based climate science firm Resilient Analytics developed the interactive map, pairing socioeconomic government data with damage reports. The goal is to equitably direct resources to victims who need the most help.
