Rocky Mountain Food Collaborative goal is to bridge the gap between sustainable rural farmers’ goods and shoppers who live in food deserts. Part of the mission is to create a grocery store co-op in the Northeast Park Hill neighborhood of Denver, one of the city's largest food deserts.
