In our news wrap Monday, a May storm dropped wet, slushy snow across Wyoming and Colorado, forcing much of an interstate to shut down in southern Wyoming. The storm also spawned minor tornadoes in Nebraska. Also, the Taliban killed at least 21 people in attacks scattered across Afghanistan as part of a spring offensive.
